 We are inviting our members to two separate Annual General Meetings on May 6, 2025, followed by a joint AGM.
Eastend Hockey Families,
We are inviting our members to two separate Annual General Meetings on May 6, 2025, followed by a joint AGM. The AGMs for the GCMHA and the OMHA will take place at the same time, in separate rooms at the Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex (1490 Youville Dr in Orléans)
Please note that, based on the merger agreement that was made between the GCMHA and the OMHA, the first Board of Directors will be appointed and therefore we will not have elections this year.
- The OMHA AGM will take place in Hall A at 7:00 PM.
- The GCMHA AGM will take place in Hall F at 7:00 PM
The separate AGMs will only be for final reports and a motion to cease operations for each association.
At 7:45pm, all members will be invited to participate in the very first Eastend Minor Hockey Association General Meeting (in Hall A), where the new Board that was appointed and ratified by both associations will be introduced to the membership.
