Titan is now showcasing a renovated Skating Treadmill and is proud to introduce the state of the art Rapid Shot Machine designed to bring your shot to the next level. In addition, Titan opened a new lounge & smoothie bar (Titan Fuel), new change rooms with showers and fully updated Performance & Group Fitness Training areas.

Winter Athletic Program
With our main Performance Gym completely renovated with new turf & equipment, we are ready to unleash the 2018 Winter Athletic Program. This program focuses on developing athleticism through Movement Based Training which works to improve your speed, strength & mobility.
January 8 - April 26th (15 Weeks)
Unlimited: $750+HST
3x/wk: $600+HST
2x/wk: $450+HST
Group Fitness
Titan is for Mom & Dad as well. Our adult training sessions run throughout the day. With change rooms and showers now available, our sessions are great early morning, during lunch, after the work day or while your little one is on the ice.
12 Month Membership: $600+HST
6 Month Membership: $350+HST
