The following is an important message from Reebok on the recall for specific goaltender throat and clavicle protectors.The throat protectors have been decertified by Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ) for non-conformance to certification requirements (BNQ). This could pose a risk of throat laceration should a skate come in contact with the throat protector.
Neither Health Canada nor Sports Maska Inc. has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of this throat protector.
Only the throat and clavicle protectors that are identified by the following product code: K101JR TCPRE and K101SR TCPRE are subject of this recall.
